- You are entitled to a full refund if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Non-Faulty Items)
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and labels are included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as evidence through official WhatsApp & email.
- We will cover return shipping costs where applicable.
- You may choose a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability and your legal rights.
Refunds for faulty goods will include original delivery charges where required by law.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, unless faulty:
- Personal care, hygiene, or wellness products that have been opened or used
- Intimate or wearable fitness items worn next to the skin
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Gift cards and downloadable/digital products
These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
5. How to Request a Return

- Wait for the return authorisation and instructions
- Send the item to the return address provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process will apply instead.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- In all cases, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days, in line with UK law
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit funds.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

- Place a new order for the replacement item
