The water tank is large and easy to use. However, the soft touch controls are first difficult to use. To get the buttons to work, lightly tap them; do not long press or apply force; simply tap them and they will work. This thing is fantastic. I apply it to my scalp and face. It works wonders for headaches and migraines.
