About Wrist Roller Trainer 

Wrist Roller Trainer Arm Strength Training Exerciser simply passes the loading pin through the center hole of the weight plate and connects the parts. LAT and lifting pulley systems can be connected to power racks, pull rods, beams, and wherever belts can be installed. By changing the connection between the gourd buckle and the high-strength nylon rope, you can get two functional exercise modes: pull-down and lift.

You can receive three different exercise ways by changing the connection between the carabiner and the high-strength steel cable: pull-down, pull-up, and separate arm pull-down. PELLOR’s three-in-one Wrist Roller Trainer system allows you to do a variety of exercises.
