I needed a secure sling after shoulder replacement surgery. This one is light but strong, and easy to take off and on . This is important as I have limited mobility of the other shoulder which also needs replacing.

My order was in Unfulfileld state event after 2 days. I tried to reach customer support. I can see the contact number is a mobile number and on whatsapp. Surprised but still contacted. They have changed to Fulfilled state. Waiting for the delivery. Not received my delivery event after 5 days. Tried contacting the support but no answer. Thought I made a mistake.
After reaching home, I have seen the item delivered.
Finally, I can really trust this store. Happy overall except the support response.
