I ordered a sleep mask, which was depicted in the photos and description as having a wide padded headband. What arrived was NOT the same item. I had in fact been sent a knock-off, scam-piece. It does not have the same design and cheap, unsafe materials have been used instead. I am disgusted because I can only gain a refund with an account, but as I used guest checkout my money will remain taken.
