These were perfect. I am 6'2" and these were the perfect height. They were lightweight and took a beating during our Arizona week-long hikes. There were many hikes that I leaned really hard on them while climbing or descending. I'm not a small person. Highly recommend. Great value.

I use these poles for Nordic walking and I have to say that they are robust, although light. I love the ease of use of the mechanism to adjust the height of the two segments. The wrist straps are very comfortable because they are padded. And the handles are made of cork, very comfortable to hold.

As this was quite cheap i thought i'd give it a try and to my surprise, I'm well impressed on how this has improved the thickness of my hair within 15 - 20 minutes of using it. The vibrating massager feels so good to use and is relaxing.
